Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the websites, free trainings, content, and communications provided by Cory Armstrong Fitness LLC ("Cory Armstrong Fitness," "Armstrong Army," "we," "us"). By using our websites, registering for a training, applying for coaching, or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Not medical advice

Everything we publish — masterclasses, videos, emails, texts, guides, and coaching recommendations — is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and Cory Armstrong is not a physician. Talk to your doctor before starting any training, nutrition, or supplement program, before changing any medication, and before acting on anything we say about blood work or lab results. If you have a medical condition, work with your healthcare provider.

2. Eligibility

Our websites, trainings, and messaging programs are for adults 18 and older. By using them you confirm you are at least 18.

3. Results vary

Client results shown on our websites and in our content are from real Armstrong Army clients who followed their programs. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Your results depend on your effort, consistency, starting point, and health history.

4. Text messaging program

  • Program: Cory Armstrong Fitness text messages — reminders for free live trainings you registered for, confirmations and reminders for strategy calls you booked, replies to your questions, and occasional updates about our coaching programs.
  • Opt-in: you join by checking the consent box on one of our forms or by submitting your number through the chat widget on our website. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Frequency and cost: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out and help: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP or email [email protected] for help.
  • Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: your mobile number and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Coaching programs

Paid coaching programs are governed by the agreement you sign when you enroll. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the coaching agreement controls for that program.

6. Your conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, to use our websites and content for personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to copy, resell, or redistribute our trainings, materials, or content without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our websites and in our trainings — including text, video, audio, images, frameworks, and program names such as Armstrong Army and Better Blood Work Blueprint — is owned by Cory Armstrong Fitness LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

8. Third-party services

Our websites use third-party services such as video hosting, scheduling, form, and messaging platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our websites, trainings, and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cory Armstrong Fitness LLC and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury or loss arising from your use of our content or your participation in any training or nutrition program. You take part at your own risk.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
