This Privacy Policy explains how Cory Armstrong Fitness LLC ("Cory Armstrong Fitness," "Armstrong Army," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our websites, register for a free masterclass or training, apply for coaching, book a call, or communicate with us by email or text message.

  • Information you give us: name, email address, mobile phone number, and the answers you provide on registration forms, coaching applications, questionnaires, and call-booking pages (for example your goals, age range, and health or fitness information you choose to share).
  • Communications: emails, text messages, chat messages, and call notes exchanged with our team.
  • Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links, and similar analytics data collected through cookies, pixels, and comparable technologies (including advertising pixels from platforms such as Meta and Google).

  • To deliver what you asked for: masterclass access links, reminders, confirmations, call scheduling, coaching materials, and customer support.
  • To respond to your questions and provide coaching services.

3. Text messaging (SMS/MMS)

When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on one of our forms, or submit your number through the chat widget on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Cory Armstrong Fitness LLC. These may include reminders for free live trainings you registered for, confirmations and reminders for strategy calls you booked, replies to your questions, and occasional updates about our coaching programs.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that run our business on our behalf — for example our CRM, email and text messaging platform, scheduling software, form and survey tools, coaching app, video hosting, payment processors, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

Our websites and programs are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
